  • I am generally available Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM CST.

    You can expect a reply to your email or message within three business days or sooner.

  • Your success is my priority. To connect with me, please use:

  • Once you submit your request via my Services page, you’ll be directed to a short questionnaire. This helps define your project needs and ensures I hit the Ground Running.

    • 📝 Most clients return their questionnaire within 1–3 Business Days. (A brief description of your project is requested on the Services or Contact page.)

    • 🔍 After reviewing your responses (and conducting any necessary research), I’ll prepare a Brief Proposal for your review.

    • 📞 We’ll then schedule a call if you’d like to discuss your goals, refine the scope, and answer any questions you may have.

    Following our discussion, you’ll receive a Project Agreement with:

  • I collect the information you submit through my forms (e.g., your name, email address, phone number, and message) to respond to inquiries, provide quotes or proposals, schedule consultations, and deliver services you request. I do not sell your personal information. I only share data with service providers necessary to run my business (e.g., email and hosting providers) and only to the extent required to perform those services.

  • Messages are typically answered within 3 Business Days (often sooner). Business Hours are currently Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM CST. However, holiday hours may vary.

  • Form submissions may be stored in my website database and/or email system. I keep routine inquiries for up to 60 days unless they become part of an active project. Project files and invoices are retained for the period required by law and for legitimate business purposes.

  • You can request a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion at any time by emailing BusyBeeCopywritingjm@gmail.com. I may ask for information to verify your identity. I aim to respond within 30 days.

  • This site may use anti-spam and security tools (such as reCAPTCHA or similar) to prevent abuse. Use of such tools is subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

    • I do not collect or store credit card numbers on this website. When payments are needed, they are processed by trusted third-party providers (e.g., FreshBooks, Stripe, or PayPal) on their secure systems.

    • Squarespace stores payment info if customers choose to save it to their accounts, which happens automatically for subscriptions & when customers opt to save their card details during checkout. However, Squarespace itself does not store your full credit card details; this info is securely stored by the payment processor, such as Stripe, or through PayPal. Please, contact them directly for further details or additional information.
