Before launching BusyBeeCopywriting, I spent years as a Senior Executive Writer for a multi-billion-dollar financial institution. In that role, I represented the CEO and Executive Leadership Team by crafting effective written communications for regulators, customers, and employees. This included communications with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), state Attorneys General, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). My work involved complex domestic and international investigations that required precision, discretion, and a thorough understanding of compliance and regulation. I have extensive experience as an Account Manager III, generating $2 million in revenue in a single month, as well as serving as a Team Captain and Collections Representative. Currently, I work remotely as a Research Correspondence Writer for a leading mortgage company (over 4 years), where attention to detail, accuracy, and clear communication are essential.
