Before launching BusyBeeCopywriting, I spent years as a Senior Executive Investigator Writer for a multi-trillion-dollar financial institution. In that role, I represented the CEO and Executive Leadership Team by crafting effective written communications for regulators, customers, and employees. This included communications with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), State Attorney Generals, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).

My work involved complex domestic and international investigations that required precision, discretion, and a thorough understanding of compliance and regulation. I have extensive experience as an Account Manager III, generating $2 million in revenue in a single month, including being a Team Captain and Collections Representative.

Most recently, I've worked full-time remotely as a Research Correspondence Writer for a leading mortgage company (over 4+ years), where attention to detail, accuracy, and clear communication are essential. Writing and sending written responses directly to bankruptcy attorneys, borrowers regarding their mortgage details, such as their escrows, taxes, loss mitigation, mortgage insurance (PMI) & (MI), executor/administrator, and personal attorneys.

Recently, I took Training & Continued Education as a refresher in Sarah Turner’s program, “Write Your Way to Freedom.” I’ve also trained with AWAI (American Writers & Artists Institute).
